Elopements in Ireland

Considering dropping it all and running away with your lover?
I know just the place.

I’m Mel.

Based out of Nova Scotia, Canada
From Newfoundland, Canada
Lived in Galway, Ireland

Let me explain.

As you may or may not know, Newfoundland has a very strong and unique culture, unlike anywhere else in Canada. Being from Newfoundland, my background is primarily Irish. And Newfoundland culture is incredibly similar to Irish culture. From the accents and music to the food and gatherings, it’s all remarkably similar.

So, I was naturally drawn to the emerald Isle. I wanted to live in the place my ancestors were from and where my culture got it’s roots. And it was the best decision I’ve ever made.

Being in a small village in Ireland, listening to 12+ locals sit together in a pub with their instruments drinking Guinness, playing traditional Irish (trad) music as more locals and tourists come and join in…. To this day, it’s the most magical thing I’ve ever experienced.

Living there, I got to explore the ins and outs of the country, and I completely fell in love with the culture so much like my own. I felt more at home than I’d ever experienced.

NOW I’m applying my knowledge of Ireland (and complete adoration of it) to bring you photo, video, and planning for your Irish elopement.

“I’ve already gotten the recommendations from locals, I’ve already found the hidden gems. Let me plan you an unforgettable Irish elopement, filled with trad music, pub crawls, and greener than green landscapes on the Atlantic Ocean.”
